Benefits of working at HRUC

Season Ticket Loans:

An interest free season ticket loan is available.

Parking:

Free on-site car parking across all campuses. 

Holiday Allowance:

The College has a generous holiday allowance for all staff, which is considerably more than the statutory minimum. Further details can be found on your contract of employment.

Pension:

The College administers two final salary pension schemes, LGPS and Teachers Pensions. Both schemes offer competitive benefits including immediate life cover and early ill-health retirement, subject to eligibility.

Dental Insurance:

The opportunity to join the Dental Insurance Scheme to all permanent or Fixed-term employees.

Library Facilities:

The College has a large library which all staff are entitled to join.

Training Restaurant:

The College has a number of students training to in hospitality and food preparation. As a result there is a training restaurant available for staff to use and try the meals prepared by the students at reasonable prices.

College Gym:

Subsidised gym membership at More Energy fitness centres (based on the Uxbridge and Hayes campuses).

Wellbeing:

Extensive wellbeing activities to participate in throughout the year. Access to Plumm and Employee Assistant Programme.
