We are recruiting for a full-time Finance Assistant - Accounts Receivable, to work in our Finance Department based at the Richmond Campus. 

The postholder will be first point of contact for Accounts Receivable queries responding to requests and taking payments at the Finance desk, invoicing and collection of tuition, high needs and other fees, from the College’s students, LAs, sponsors and customer sales invoices.  The post holder will also maintain accuracy of student/sponsor records in the College’s finance system and liaise with Admissions/Funding regarding student related bursaries and fees. The postholder will work closely with students, a range of external customers and sponsors, the management accountant, Funding and a range of budget holders and managers.

The interview date for this role will be scheduled for mid-September. 

Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group and is one of London’s most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year old’s and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years. We have opened a new building in 2020 and due to develop a brand-new technology-focussed STEM Centre for 2024.  This exciting and innovative new learning environment is located within the grounds of the current college site, so remains convenient for public transport links – it is adjacent to the A316 and just a short walk from Twickenham rail station and a number of regular London bus routes.
