We are seeking to employ a dynamic, highly motivated, experienced teacher to join our committed team. You should be able to maintain high levels of student retention and achievement, with the ability to engage and motivate learners and have strong IT skills. To ensure this, you will need to have a proven track record in all aspects of planning, delivery, marking and quality assurance and be creative in your approach to teaching.
You will be teaching to the Oxford Cambridge Technical qualification suite (in Health & Social Care) at level 2 and 3. You should be organised, flexible and an excellent communicator and team player.
Please be advised that RuTC is currently in consultation to merge with Harrow College and Uxbridge College (HCUC). Richmond College will still retain its unique brand identity and trading name but the successful candidate will be working within the college group of Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges
