            <p id="isPasted">Do you have excellent customer service and leadership skills? &nbsp;Would you enjoy working with young people in a learning environment?</p><p>We are looking for a positive, pro-active team member to provide support to our students through the work of the College&rsquo;s Learning Resource Centres at our Richmond Campus. &nbsp;</p><p>You will play a key part in ensuring the Learning Resource Centre is a suitable learning environment at all times. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The role includes the supervision of Learning Resource Centre staff and the development of the centre to meet the needs of students and staff, and to support the Learning Resource Centre Manager. The post holder will coordinate the delivery of study skills and e-Resources training for students across the curriculum.</p><p>You will maintain and develop access to engaging, appropriate and relevant learning resources and learning spaces, meeting the needs of curriculum staff and supporting development of information literacy and study skills.</p><p>You will handle enquiries from students and staff on busy service desks and by email and telephone, and assist students on using online resources, databases and print resources. &nbsp;</p><p>Together with excellent communication and inter-personal skills, you should have good working knowledge of IT and experience gained in a busy, customer-focused environment. &nbsp;You will have the confidence to address young people aged 16-18 and manage behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.</p><p>Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.</p><p id="isPasted">Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group (HRUC) and is one of London&rsquo;s most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year old&rsquo;s and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years.             <p id="isPasted">We are looking to recruit a Science Facilitator preferably with specialisms in Chemistry or Physics. The post holder will work with both lecturers and students of Chemistry, Biology and Physics. The post holder will actively help drive the subject both within and outside of the curriculum to make science engaging, stimulating and valued.             <p id="isPasted">The Department of Creative Industries offers a range of A Level &amp; vocational art &amp; design specialist courses. The department has a broad student intake from Level 1 to 4. The department has four specialist dedicated workshops individually equipped for 3D model making, ceramics, printmaking and photography including darkrooms and studio.&nbsp;</p><p>The Technician will have the expertise to support students in producing practical work in Wood, Metal and Plastics in the 3D specialist workshops and general Art Studios. This will include whole group inductions and demonstrations as well as working on a one-to one basis with individual students on personal project development. The Technician will ensure that the designated workshops are safe working environments for staff and students.&nbsp;</p><p>The Technician will be proactive in supporting all courses within the department with physical and practical resources. This will include in the studio base rooms, the ordering and managing of stock and its storage and the setting up of rooms for open events, exhibitions and showcases.
